Terms of Service — Iron Scripture (鐵板神數)

1. Acceptance

By using Iron Scripture ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service produces traditional 鐵板神數 (Iron Plate Numerology) readings from the birth information you provide, and can render a plain-language interpretation (傳譯) of a verse on request. It is offered for cultural interest and personal reflection. It is not a prediction of the future and not professional advice of any kind (see the Disclaimer).

3. Free service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, separate payment terms and a refund policy will apply and will be presented before any charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, harvest, bulk-download, reverse-engineer, or attempt to reconstruct the verse corpus, engines, or any underlying data;
• access the Service through automated means, or in a way that imposes an unreasonable load, circumvents rate limits, or interferes with its operation;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, harm, or mislead others;
• resell or commercially redistribute readings or output without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

The compiled verse corpus, the English translations, the computational engines, the interface, and all related materials are the proprietary work of the operator (or used under licence) and are protected by law. Your reading is provided for your personal use. The classical source tradition is in the public domain; our specific compilation, translation, and software are not.

6. AI-generated interpretation

Where you request a 傳譯, the interpretation is generated by an automated system. It is intended only to restate and explain the predetermined verse in plain language; it may contain errors and should not be relied upon as fact or advice.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (currently nil).

9. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angles,California, USA.
